Our office team makes every effort to schedule appointments that will work for both the patient and our office schedule.
The appointment time is customized for your dental needs and is reserved just for you on the dental hygienist’s or doctor’s schedule.
An appointment card is given at the time the appointment is scheduled, appointment reminders are texted/emailed one to two weeks prior, also a text/email is sent the day of an appointment, and a courtesy reminder call is made one to two days prior to the scheduled appointment.
Kindly give 2 business days’ notice if you are not able to keep your reserved appointment time. This courtesy allows our dental staff to provide another patient with an opportunity to come in for their dental needs at this appointment time.
A broken appointment fee is applied if the appointment is canceled without 2 business days’ notice. The fee is $1.00 per minute for a hygiene appointment and $4.00 per minute for a restorative appointment. Certain exceptions may apply at the discretion of the dental office.
